Look, at Bogey Beasts, we want you to absolutely love your gear when you’re out there roaming the grass. If something isn't right with your order, the pack has your back. We’ll make it right.

When We Cut a Refund:

While we can’t refund you for losing three balls in the same water hazard, we will completely cover you for:

  • The Wrong Prey: We sent you the wrong size, color, or design by mistake.

  • Battle-Damaged Gear: Your items arrived defective or damaged before you even had a chance to hunt.

The Ground Rules:

  • The 30-Day Clock: All refund requests must be unleashed within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • How to Alert the Pack: Drop us a line at support@bogeybeasts.com with your order number and a quick description of what went sideways. We’ll handle the rest.

The Fine Print:

  • Care Instructions: To keep your gear surviving the desert brush for seasons to come, make sure you follow the washing and care instructions included with your purchase.
